Cancellation Policy

If you are unable to attend your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice. This allows me to offer the time to someone else in need. Late cancellations or missed appointments (no-shows) will be subject to the full session fee. Thank you for your understanding and consideration.

Scope of Practice & Service Eligibility

As a Registered Social Worker (RSW) with the Ontario College of Social Workers and Social Service Workers (OCSWSSW), I am authorized to provide social work services to individuals who are currently residing in Ontario. This includes both permanent residents and those temporarily living within the province.

Current Rates, Insurance Coverage & Payments

Please note that my rates are subject to a modest annual increase each September or January and that Social Work services are tax-exempt.

Social Work services are not covered by OHIP, but most extended insurance plans provide coverage and may reimburse you for part or all of the cost. It’s important to check your annual limits and confirm whether your plan includes coverage for Social Work.

Payment is collected via credit card at the end of each session. I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement. I also offer direct billing.
